100th international film award for Oskar Siebert
Regensburg (mz). The Regensburg film-maker and owner of the “Kulturförderpreis” Oskar Siebert received not only a lot of congratulations to his 60th birthday, but his 100th international film-award. Like last year won Siebert this year the highest Irish film award for non-professional short-film-productions- THE BLARNEY TROPHY. Siebert was also added to the “Who is Who” Germany and “WHO is WHO” from Europe.
